Quality and Procedure
All members of staff must apply by the principles and practises set out in the Navig8 Procedures Manual.
Monitoring of Quality
Staff will be responsible for their own quality monitoring inline with the principles set out in the Navig8 Procedures Manual. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall monitoring of quality in any given project.
Performance Review
Staff will be reviewed every six months or at any point in time where deemed necessary. Reviews are undertaken verbally and in writing by the managing director.
Health and Safety
All work will be conducted in compliance with Navig8’s Health and Safety Policy. All employees must take all reasonable steps to safeguard the health and safety of all employees and individuals in the vicinity. Self and team evaluation is encouraged and will be actioned where deemed necessary.
Environmental Policy
All members of staff must apply by the principles and practises set out in the Navig8 Environmental Policy.
